We make every effort to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, and in the most affordable packaging available. Most orders are shipped within 2 days. If you require special shipping instructions, please contact us.
US Shipping Rates
Priority packages include free tracking. The codes will be sent to you when your order is complete. Most Priority packages arrive in 2-5 business days, while First Class packages arrive in 7-10 days.

Canadian Shipping Rates
Tracking is not available on Canadian shipping. Most packages arrive in 10-20 business days, excluding any delays from customs.
Due to the cost of Canadian
shipping, we ship orders in multiple packages to save on shipping costs.
An order of 13 yards, for example, will ship in a Large First Class Envelope
(which holds up to 12 yards for $16.35), plus an additional First Class
envelope (which holds 1 yard for $3.35); doing this will allow us to
ship to you at a much cheaper cost. Also, we will take apart precut
fabric (such as Fat Quarter Bundles) to better fit your packaging.

International Shipping Rates
Tracking is not available on international shipping. Most packages arrive in 15-30 business days, excluding any delays from customs. Please note that different countries have different customs policies, and while one package might get to Australia in 2 weeks, another package might take a month to get to the UK - other times, the reverse might be true. Customs makes it very hard to predict delivery times, and we appreciate your patience in this matter!

Refund Policy
We accept returns on any damaged or miss-cut fabric within 45 days of your purchase date. In order to complete your return, you must mail the damaged fabric back to our shop (Pink Castle Fabrics, 1612 Whittier Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, USA).
